1. Acceptance of Beta Terms

By accessing the Wattly beta, you agree to these terms and conditions. This beta version is provided exclusively to selected testers for evaluation purposes. Your participation is voluntary, and you may withdraw at any time by uninstalling the app.

2. Confidentiality

All information, features, designs, and data within the Wattly beta are strictly confidential. You agree to:

  • Not share screenshots, screen recordings, or videos of the app
  • Not disclose app features or functionality to third parties
  • Not post any content from the app on social media or public forums
  • Not discuss beta-exclusive features with non-beta users
  • Keep all communications about the beta private

This confidentiality obligation remains in effect until the features are publicly released.

3. Beta Software Nature

You acknowledge that the Wattly beta is a work in progress. As such:

  • The app may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete features
  • Functionality may change without notice
  • Data displayed may be inaccurate or incomplete
  • The app may experience downtime or connectivity issues
  • Features available in the beta may not appear in the final release

We recommend not relying solely on the beta app for critical decisions about your vehicle.

4. Feedback and Reporting

We encourage you to report bugs, suggest improvements, and provide feedback through the app's built-in bug report feature or the designated beta feedback channels.

By submitting feedback, you grant Wattly a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and implement your suggestions without compensation.

5. Data Collection During Beta

During the beta, we may collect additional diagnostic data to improve the app, including:

  • App usage patterns and feature interactions
  • Performance metrics and crash reports
  • Device and system information

This data is used solely for improving Wattly and is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

While we at Wattly continuously work to ensure the app's security and stability, this beta version is provided "as is". It may contain bugs or incomplete features.

In the unlikely event of any issues, we cannot be held responsible for damages or data loss. Your experience and safety are our priority.

7. Beta Period and Termination

The beta period will continue until the public release of Wattly. We reserve the right to:

  • End the beta program at any time
  • Revoke your beta access for violation of these terms
  • Modify or discontinue features without notice

Upon termination, your access to beta features will end, and you should transition to the public version when available.

8. Terms Updates
